The Boy Who Met Hitler

William Wall

It is 1940 and Jessie and Mike are friends growing up in a seaside town in County Cork while the Second World War rages in Europe. Although the war is far away, it touches their lives and the lives of those around them as some of their relatives are involved against Hitler and his army. The Boy Who Met Hitler was short-listed for the Bisto Book of the Year Award 2000, an award presented yearly to writers of books for children and young people in Ireland.
