Le Vaisseau Fantôme

Alain Surget

Part 2 in the adventures of Louise Little and her twin brother Benjamin. Under the tutelage of Parabas, the twins learn the ropes of a pirate's life. One foggy day their ship nearly collides with the Fying Dutchman, a name that sends chills down the spine of every mariner. By accident, Louise and Benjamin lose their balance in the risky manouvre to avoid collision and fall over board into the dreaded ship. To their horror, they discover it is manned by skeletons. The captain of an English vessel frees them only to throw them into jail again the moment he learns they are the children of the notorious Captain Roc. With the help of Red Mary, a female pirate, they manage to escape and resume the search for their father and his treasure.
