The last book O'Flaherty published is a collection of his stories in Irish. Dúil (Desire) brings together stories previously published in English or Irish versions (or both) and contains, among others, the frequently anthologised story "Bás na Bó" ("The Cow's Death") as well as "Teangabháil" ("The Touch"), "An Seabhac" ("The Hawk") and "An Beao" ("Life").
