Theodore William Moody
26 November 1907 - 11 February 1984
Moody was an Irish historian from Belfast, Northern Ireland. He held the position of Erasmus Smith's Professor of Modern History at Trinity College Dublin from 1940 to 1977, when he became professor emeritus. He wrote and co-edited a number of historiographic books about Ireland.
