Stuart Neville

Stuart Neville was born in Armagh, Northern Ireland. He has tried his hand at many careers - from musician, to composer, to teacher, then salesman, film extra, and hand double for a well known Irish comedian, and not to forget baker - and is at present a partner in a successful multimedia design business. His first novel, The Twelve, was published to great critical acclaim and won the Los Angeles Times Book Prize (it appeared in the USA as The Ghosts of Belfast). He has been shortlisted for various awards, including the Barry, Macavity, Dilys awards, as well as the Irish Book Awards Crime Novel of the Year. Neville has published two sequels to his début, Collusion and Stolen Souls.
His fourth novel, Ratlines, uncovers the troubling connections between former Nazis, harboured by the Irish state following the Second World War, and Irish politicians in the 1960s. For more information, please visit the author's website: http://www.stuartneville.com.
