The Cobbler

Bryan Delaney

When a mute cobbler mysteriously arrives at the remote, inhospitable island of Inishbollock, the local poets, undertakers and urchins are faced with a difficult reckoning. First produced in 2005 by the Irish Classical Theatre, Buffalo, New York, this is a grotesque, lyrical and humorous tragicomedy, reminiscent of Beckett and Synge.
