John Connolly

John Connolly was born in Dublin and studied English in Trinity College, followed by a degree in journalism from Dublin City University. He worked as a freelance journalist for The Irish Times to which he still contributes. Connolly is the author of the bestselling Charlie Parker crime series which includes six thrillers to date. His other works are Nocturnes (2004), a collection of novellas and short stories, and the novels Bad Men (2003) and The Book of Lost Things (2006).
